File Delivery

Your purchase grants you access to the digital files associated with your order. It's important to emphasize that no physical items will be dispatched via mail. Anticipate the delivery of the download link to your email once your payment has been successfully processed. Please be aware that occasional delays in file delivery may occur, extending the anticipated timeframe. If you haven't received the download link for your files within 90 minutes (excluding customizable products), we encourage you to reach out to us for assistance.

Please note you can download your files up to 15 times. Your download link is valid for 1 year after purchase. If it expires and you still need to access your files, simply contact us for extension.
