Allowed use of files and designs

All products sold on hiphopboutiq.com are strictly for personal use only. Distributing, reselling or copying designs is expressly prohibited by copyright law. You may print copies for personal use as many times as needed. You may also give the physical (not digital) copies as a gift.

 

Files or designs cannot be:

• Distributed
• Resold
• Printed on other products then resold
• Handed over to a third party
• Used for commercial purposes
• Copied or traced

 

Files and designs can be:

• Printed for personal use as many times as needed
• Given as a gift
• Printed on other products (such as t-shirts) for personal use

 

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Due to the digital nature of the products we do not accept returns, refunds or cancellations on any digital purchases.

PLEASE NOTE: By purchasing a digital item on hiphopboutiq.com you give your consent to waive your consumer rights to a cancellation or refund (also called the '14-day cooling-off period'). This means you waive the right to cancel, return or exchange your order of digital content if the delivery has started upon your request and acknowledgement. If the digital file you receive is faulty or not as described, you have the right to have your product repaired or replaced. If you have unintentionally purchased several copies of the same item, you may be eligible for a refund (does not apply to customizable items).

By purchasing from hiphopboutiq.com you're obliged to check that your order contains the exact design / wording you're expecting to print out. If the product(s) is as described, HiphopBoutiq cannot be held responsible for any unexpected printing results caused by the customer not having checked their files first.

By placing an order on hiphopboutiq.com you agree you have read and understood the information provided in the product description and in our terms of service page.

 

Shipping and file delivery

By purchasing an item on hiphopboutiq.com you acknowledge that you understand receiving a digital file only. No physical item or frame will be shipped to you.

After your payment has been processed, a download link for your files will be delivered to your email address.

 

Printing and colors

Please note colors of the designs may differ depending on monitor and printer settings, paper and ink type used.

 

What's is / is not included in the sale

Please note any additional prints shown in listing photos are used as reference only and are not included in the sale. If you're unsure whether an item is included in the sale, please check the product description for further details or contact us.
