Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, issue refunds, or process cancellations on digital items.

By completing a purchase at HiphopBoutiq.com, you acknowledge that our products are non-refundable, and cancellation is not possible, even within the 14-day cooling-off period, as is the case with physical products. This policy is in line with industry standards for digital goods, where the immediate and irreversible nature of the delivery process prevents the traditional return or cancellation process.

Please be aware that if your purchase is found to be faulty (e.g. your digital file is corrupted, incorrect, or missing altogether), you have the right to receive either a repair or a replacement. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and will promptly address any discrepancies.

Custom Orders

By placing a custom order, you confirm that all provided details – including color choices, text, and personalization – have been reviewed by you and are accurate. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information submitted is correct and free of errors at the time of purchase.

Any changes or additional customization requests made after the order has been placed may incur an additional fee.

File Delivery and Downloading

Your purchase grants you access to the digital files associated with your order. It's important to emphasize that no physical items will be dispatched via mail. Anticipate the delivery of the download link to your email once your payment has been successfully processed. Please be aware that occasional delays in file delivery may occur, extending the anticipated timeframe.

If you haven't received the download link for your files within 90 minutes (excluding customizable products), we encourage you to reach out to us for assistance at holla@hiphopboutiq.com.

Please note you can download the files included in your order onto your device up to 15 times. Your download link is valid for 1 year after purchase. If it expires, and you still need to access your files, simply contact us for extension.

Our products are intended for personal use only. You're welcome to print copies for yourself and share the joy with friends. However, please be aware that distributing, reselling, or copying our designs is strictly prohibited to uphold copyright standards.

You are not allowed:

• Distribute or resell files or physical copies
• Print on other products for resale
• Hand files over to third parties
• Use files for commercial purposes
• Copy or trace

Printing and Colors

Be mindful that colors may exhibit variations based on monitor settings, printer configurations, paper quality, and ink type. Ensure optimal results for your prints by considering these factors.
